As the millenia roll on – our indigenous sports continue to innovate – Not only do we enjoy the oldest and fastest field game in the world, not only are we part of the largest amateur sporting organisation in the world, now thanks to the innovation of the crew in Croke Park you can now experience the only stadium roof top tour in the world!
Last friday we had the pleasure of taking the tour – it’s superb – the views are stunning and it’s a great family attraction- a super addition to the range of unique activities available for visitors to Ireland –
To sample it as a family attraction we bought along our very own sampling panel – Oisín, Ríonach and Muireann – they loved it! The attraction sums up the status of the games – from on top of Croke Park you have a wonderful overview of the capital city and it’s impressive skyline – from sea to hills and on the inside you view the magnificent stadium and sacred ground where Irish hopes and dreams are uniquely brought to life every year.
Inward and outward views from on top of the home of our indigenous sports – it’s a sight every visitors should make an effort to capture.
